In either event, you may transfer your booking to a later date, subject to availability, with no additional charge.

To minimise the risk of spread of coronavirus, only one person per dog is to attend class.
Social distancing measures will be in place at all classes until further notice. All attendees must remain a minimum of 2 metres from other attendees and dogs, trainers, and volunteers, at all times and in all areas – this includes upon arrival, throughout the class, and upon departure. By accepting our terms and conditions you are agreeing to maintaining social distance when using our services.
Upon arriving at class, you are requested to remain in your car until the instructor indicates you may make your way to the training area. This is intended to facilitate maintaining social distance at potential pinch points at the training venue.
You will be allocated a personal space at the start of class, please do not enter another attendee/dog’s personal space at any time during class, and do not allow your dog to do so.
Anyone not abiding to the set out social distancing rules will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued in this instance.
